Support Period Equity Across Canada

We’ve partnered with incredible registered non-profit organizations across Canada—some of whom we’ve been working with since the very beginning. These partners help us get essential period care products into the hands of those who need them most, advancing our shared mission of period equity.

From day one, we’ve committed to giving back at least 2% of every purchase to these organizations. (Truthfully, it’s usually more like 5% of our total revenues—and we’re proud of that.)

Now, you can make an even bigger impact. Choose a non-profit partner you’d like to support and select the amount you’d like to give. We’ll turn your donation into a direct product donation to your chosen organization—no extra steps needed. We’ll take care of the rest.

Together, we’re making period care accessible for all.

Do you have dispensers for organizations?

Yes! We're proud to support workplaces, educational institutions and NGOs across Canada with dispensers and wholesale organic pads and tampons. Learn more about our commercial period care solutions.

We use ethically sourced FSC-certified bamboo in our pads because it’s one of the most sustainable plants on earth. Bamboo grows in the wild without requiring any interference and is naturally anti-bacterial and so doesn’t require any pesticides. Additionally, bamboo consumes 10x less water to grow, has zero bi-product waste, and is 3x softer than organic cotton. We convert bamboo into fibres using a closed-loop process to have the least possible impact on the environment and to ensure that joni pads are completely free of any harmful chemicals.

Yes, we are very particular about how materials are sourced and who we work with. Our bamboo pulps follow FSC guidelines to ensure the sustainability of the plant. Components within the product have been tested for harmful substances. We also utilize a closed-loop bamboo process in our manufacturing. joni materials are tested for harmful levels of toxins and sustainable and ethical manufacturing processes.
