We ship joni products via Canada Post letter mail in order to keep our shipping costs low. This may result in some products from the same order being shipped separately and arriving at different times to the same address.

Shipping Times

General shipping estimates are:

- Standard: 5-7 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 10-15 Business Days

Shipping times fluctuate due to events and time of year. 

Shipping Cost

To keep costs low and equitable, we offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all subscriptions plus orders of $15 or more. For orders under $15, we offer $3 flat rate shipping.

Shipping is available in the United States from our US store at us.getjoni.com.
