About joni

joni is a Canadian menstrual care brand on a mission to make period equity possible. Our premium, sustainable pads and liners are compostable and designed for comfort, performance, and sustainability. And we offer turnkey commercial period care solutions with bulk period care products and free-vend commercial period care dispensers for organizations of any size. We believe period care should be accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Founded in 2020, joni is a proudly Certified B Corporation®, recognized for meeting high standards of social and environmental impact. Through our give-back model and partnerships with schools, shelters, and nonprofits across Canada, we’re working to close the period care gap—one pad at a time.

Linda Biggs (she/her) — Co-Founder & CEO

Linda is a brand strategist, storyteller, and advocate for gender equity. She leads joni with a vision of building an inclusive future where period care is a right, not a privilege.

Jayesh Vekariya (he/him) — Co-Founder & CIO

Jayesh brings global supply chain expertise and a deep commitment to sustainability. He oversees product development and innovations at joni.

Product Information

joni pads are made with certified organic bamboo and are approximately 92% biodegradable within 12 months. Our non-applicator tampons are made with an organic cotton absorbent core and come individually wrapped in compostable cellulose film. Across our period care range, products are unscented and made without added dyes or elemental chlorine bleaching, with materials thoughtfully selected for performance, comfort, and lower environmental impact.
