Hannah Legault (she/her) is a harm reduction worker, full-spectrum reproductive justice advocate, intersectional feminist and part-time writer. Whether she is supporting individuals in her immediate community, connecting to peers virtually, or coordinating local initiatives, her focus is treating every person with equality and compassion.
In 2018, Hannah launched the Canadian chapter of the Red Box Project. This non-profit provides a variety of period products to schools across Niagara. The long-term goal of the initiative is to have school boards fund period equity, while being inclusive of all students who menstruate. Hannah has spoken at events such as the Niagara Social Justice Forum and various Niagara wellness retreats. She is a member of the Society for Menstrual Research, Niagara Reproductive Justice, and the Harm Reduction Network of Ontario.
When it comes to self-care, Hannah enjoys writing both creatively and for her work in community advocacy. She is currently working on her first book and anticipates a release date in summer 2021. Her full-time role in motherhood keeps her on her toes, while her love for dance, astrology, and anything magic fuels the fire she projects into the world.
